HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has been processed & has been shipped you'll be sent an email containing tracking information for your products! You can then, type in the tracking information on our Track Order page to view where your products are.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been shipped you'll receive an email informing you that your product has been shipped. The email will also contain relevant tracking information for you to use, to track your packages while they are in transit!
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING
If the tracking number you received is not working, please Contact Us as soon as possible & we'll get it resolved for you!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping will take approximately 10-15 business days to arrive!

RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Customers have 30 days to refund a product. If 30 days have past since the date your order was delivered, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
WHAT IF I RECIEVE A DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCT?
Mistakes happen! If you received a damaged or faulty product please fill out a form & let us know immediately on the Contact Us page! We will ask for photos of the damaged/faulty product prior to shipping a replacement.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes, we do accept product exchanges. Our exchange policy is the same as our refund policy. All customers have 30 days to request an exchange; after 30 days have past we will no longer accept any exchange requests! Please reach out to us, using the Contact Us page letting us know that you'd like to exchange an item!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Returns are processed within 14 days of the product arriving at our facilities. A refund will be issued & credit will be returned within 14 days of our facilities accepting the return.
I RECIEVED INCORRECT ITEM/S. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you received the wrong item please reach out to us by filling out a form on the Contact Us page. Please provide your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER! CAN I STILL CHANGE IT?
Yes! Please let us know immediately by filling out a form on the Contact Us page & we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
MY PACKAGE IS STUCK AT CUSTOMS; WHAT CAN I DO?
All payments required at customs are the responsibility of the customer & will not be covered by Exotic Beauty. For further information please contact your local customs office.
